Abstract :
Based on the cause of sediment transporting equilibrium degree theory and the 20 years date of water and sediment of the Yellow River downstream, the equation of water and sediment item relational sediment transport equilibrium degree of six sections of the Yellow River downstream were established. Used the fuzzy cluster analysis theory, the method of forecast and control of river pattern of the Yellow River downstream from Huayuankou to Jiahetan section was established. Application results show that if the water and sediment item of the section can be forecasted, the river pattern can be forecasted, if the number of water and sediment item can be controlled by reservoir, the downstream river pattern can be controlled.
