We realize a 25 GHz-spaced and >3 THz-span frequency grid anchored at 193.1 THz using an injection-locked mode-locked laser diode. That injection-seed is a frequency standard with <100 kHz linewidth, exactly 193.1 THz frequency, and 10-10 stability
