Abstract
Urban Sustainable Development Evaluation (USDE) involves various indexes, such as economic indexes, social indexes and environmental indexes. These indexes have both qualitative ones and quantitative ones, so they are suitable for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper applies ordered binary comparison method of Engineering Fuzzy Set Theory (EFST) proposed by Prof. Chen Shouyu to determine the index weight, and then use fuzzy pattern recognition model of EFST for USDE. Finally, it expounds the practical application of the method with an example.
