Abstract
Higher education in the United Kingdom dated back to the found of Oxford university in last half of medival. Now it´s system tends to be perfect, and also it has formed a multi-level model of training qualified personnel of higher education. Meanwhile, in the course of universitys´ development in UK, the pattern of educational expenditure also reflects distinctive features of European higher education. It is generally accepted in Education circle that the main body of higher education contains society, government, school and individuals who receive education. The issue on cost of higher education importantly discussed in this article is considering universities as the cost mainbody to analyze the proportion of expenditure on cost structure of UK higher education. In a word, this article provides reference and inspiration to China´s higher education to some extent.
