Abstract :
The simulation experiment software, as an educational software, plays an important role in the realization of the experiment teaching philosophy-from teacher centered to learner centered pedagogues. In order to solve the problem of how to design and complete a simulation experiment software, the design method is given in this paper. In this method, the first thing is to know clearly the purpose of simulation experiments. Secondly the key of the method is to carefully design the experiment content which will be simulated. Finally, select the software tools according to simulated experiments and convenient operation for students. Through two application cases, analog communication system simulation experiment software and transmission line theory simulation experiment software, the design process of simulation experiment software, such as understanding the characteristics of simulation experiment, designing the content of simulation experiment and selecting the software tools, is introduced. The design method of simulation experiment software is also proved to be effective in these two application cases.
