Abstract :
Recently, there is not any perfect method for the stress detection in the pre-stressed concrete structure such as long-span bridges and buildings at home and abroad. The paper presents a new type of feed-through intelligent sensor device (FTISD) for stress detection and tension control of the pre-stressed reinforcement after stretching and anchoring in the pre-stressed concrete structure. The working principle and technical process are introduced in the paper. From the efficiency which was verified in the engineering application indicates that the results are dependable with regard to stress detection, and the tension control is accurate. Because of this technology, the quality and durability of pre-stressed concrete structure is assured and the application prospect and economic benefits is extensive and potential.
