Abstract :
Mutation breeding was carried out on Aspergillus nidulans. to obtain strains with high cellulase activity. One mutant strain, U6, with high cellulase activity was obtained through primary screening and secondary screening, which used Congo red medium to compare the hydrolyzed ring and liquid fermentation to compare the enzyme activity, respectively. The enzyme activity of the obtained mutant rose from 39.60 U/ml to 156.79 U/ml, 3.96 times higher than that of original strains.
