Abstract :
Construction projects are the foundation of the economy development. It is of importance to evaluate ecological niche of construction projects according to the characteristics of existence state and sustainable development capabilities of construction projects. The paper defines the concept of ecological niche of construction projects based on the theory of ecostate and ecorole of ecological niche, which is divided into the two layers of inheritance and replication capabilities and variation and evolution capabilities, establishes evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of ecological niche of construction projects on this base and carries out the case study to prove the practicability of the indicator system.
