Abstract

Data mining technology is the appearance of a new technology with artificial intelligence and database development in recent years, This combination of the author in the development of the Hunan Yueyanglou District based on health records of the health information platform of practice, makes use of data mining techniques from the existing medical application IT systems to provide resident individual health records. This will be the benefit of the clinical information sharing, the two-way referral and medical service.
