Intellectual capital is one of key resources of dynamic capabilities of salt industry in the knowledge economy era. Based on dynamic capabilities, the H-S-R model of intellectual capital management of salt industries has been proposed and an integrated and comprehensive management framework has been constructed in this paper, in order to do a systematic analysis on the approach of intellectual capital management of salt enterprises from the perspective of the strategic management.
