Abstract :
A proposed new standard for Chinese DTV is called digital terrestrial multimedia broadcasting (DMB-T). The paper investigates the channel estimation technique of DMB-T. The channel impulse response is obtained by measuring the correlation between the received PN sequence and the locally generated PN sequence. Channel compensation is done in the frequency domain afterwards.
