Abstract :
Based on the large-span spatial structure of Ordos´s airport terminal, an impermanent supporting system arrangement scheme was put forward during the construction of a large-span spatial steel structure. By FEM analysis, the member force and deformation of the supporting system in construction were got and its availability was validated. Therefore, a whole removal scheme of the supporting system was suggested, as well as the principle and process to ensure the synchronization at each removal step. Through the numerical simulation analysis, the gradual changing bearing characteristic of the supporting system, as well as the principal structure itself, was attained. Thus the structural system conversion was realized successfully. And this practice also provide practical basis for the construction and unloading of similar project.
