After joining the WTO, some enterprises in our country developed too fast, but the corresponding changes in the management did not keep up with steps, the human resources management methods lags behind, the personnel loss rate has increased. This essay takes a large processing enterprise as an example, analyses the reasons of high wastage rate in some enterprises, and puts forward several suggestions. Paper finally proposes: as the enterprise developed and expanded, the reforms should be synchronized, meanwhile, the level of human resources management should be improved, so that to retain talents and promote the enterprise´s sustainable development.
