Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to advance the management level of of Jiangxi agricultural science and technology park and to promote sustainable development of Jiangxi agriculture, the paper analyzes the current situation of Jiangxi agricultural science and technology park. The result shows that a large proportion of science and technology parks are still operated in low efficiency for lack of the effective management and functioning system. In respect to the related problems, the countermeasures for developing science and technology parks are suggested.
