The analysis and improvement of performance management in construction enterprise

Performance management is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises. This paper analyzed the significance and the problems of the current construction enterprise performance management, proposed a new performance management system which is people-oriented and relatively objective. This system includes some KPI which combined the conventional KPI and improved KPI, and establishes a cycled performance evaluation model. Finally through the comparison, it shows the new one is better than the old one in purpose, scientific and humanistic aspects. This paper maybe provide some help and suggests to performance management personnel in construction enterprise.
