Abstract
Currently, the financial planning service is becoming one of the most important field for commercial banks. In our country, it is receiving more and more attention in recent years To be successful in this market, organizations need to know what is needed and how to satisfy their customer´s different service demands. However, problems in knowledge management made the product design process to be of low efficiency and quality. In this work, a domain ontology has been implemented and a ontology-based model for personalized financial planning product design has been proposed. The present study will not only further extend the research domain of ontology, but also has great practical significance for financial product customization and financial innovation.
