After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Managing class well is the basis and guarantee of college management, also the requirements of college student´s all-round growth and developments, and is even the guarantee to develop quality talents for colleges. At present, college grassroots class managements are faced with challenges such as weaker sense of cooperation from student´s team, growing prominence of psychological problems, honesty crisis and network cultural shock. Based on this, this article is going to give goals and countermeasures to strengthen college grassroots class construction and management in the new period.
