Abstract :
The problem of enterprise investment decision making needs considering from industry orientation, allocation plan, economic and social benefits and land utilization perspectives, it can use multi-objective decision analysis and select the better project. This paper uses TOPSIS method to designs the multi-objective decision making model for industry investment. It can be apply to Zhejiang provincial high-tech industrial zone, do an empirical research on selecting the industry investment projects in 2010, make the best decision for provincial high-tech industrial zone. The research supplies an effective decision support for the local government´s management.
