After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper mainly discussed the horticultural plant genetic breeding experimental teaching demonstration center running safeguard mechanism, equipment and other resources utilization, center management etc, providing the powerful guarantee for the central construction and the experimental teaching reform.
