  • Abstract
    There are various of individual factors influence learners´ effect in E-learning process. Meta-cognitive development, individual learning style and learning motivation of web-surfers are main factors in E-learning. Identify personal characteristics of web-surfers, then make a good match with learning environment, learning process and learners´ personalities will push for better development of digital learning.
