Abstract
Hong Kong is an export-oriented city; 26% of the total domestic export is in electronic and electrical products. The majority of these products is designed in Hong Kong, and exported to the USA and European countries with mandatory EMC compliance requirement. Therefore, the knowledge of EMC standards and EMC design techniques are essential to engineers in Hong Kong. In this paper, a summary of the EMC course material tailor-made for engineers at postgraduate level at City University of Hong Kong is presented.
