  • Abstract
    We consider the numerical periodic steady state solution of a system of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations arising from simulation of radio frequency circuits in which the MOSFETs are described by partial differential equations, rather than an equivalent circuit. An efficient iterative algorithm is presented. The algorithm is applied to the simulation of a class C amplifier and results are compared with those obtained by MEDICI.
