Abstract :
The creation of effective and cheap superfast information processing systems (SIPSs) processing in the EHF band is not possible without the utilization of three dimensional integrated circuits (TDICs). Bilateral slot lines (BSLs) are widely used in microwave electronics (especially in the EHF range). The quasi-open variant of a BSL is of interest for a TDIC whose model is a structure with virtual electrical and magnetic walls. Some more generalized kinds of BSLs which are of interest for TDICs are considered in this work. Firstly, the symmetrical BSL with different slot widths is studied. A second structure of the family of BSLs is the nonsymmetrical BSL which is a foundation for many of the basis elements of TDICs.
