  • Abstract
    Correlation analysis has been conducted with help of grey system theory on four sci-tech output index inclusive of numbers of patents and sci-tech thesis and on six sci-tech input index inclusive of number of sci-tech personnel, and sci-tech funds collection. Based on the analysis hereinabove, data prediction and relevancy calculation have been made with regard to the ten index hereinabove in hopes of providing helpful data and advice for the works related with sci-tech input of Henan province.
