After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Analyzing the practice in the university ecological development of landscape, it is the fact that universities have entered the period of ecological transition of landscape. According to the example in the University of Santa Cruz, the article has showed the character in the ecological practice of university landscape and raised the involving strategy of landscape construction in our university.
