Abstract :
Innovative public administration mode is to be one of China´s major strategic tasks in the future, commercial insurance enterprises need to also improve the functionality, participate actively in it. This paper summarizes the features of PPP mode popularly abroad, which could be adopted by China´s commercial insurance enterprises. Finally, it introduces briefly the innovative practice of Zking Property & Casualty Insurance Company in China, and the corresponding policy recommendations.
