Making scientific, complete and humanized curriculum system is the most important in college teaching reform. With innovation this article puts forward the Concept of “student-oriented” in College Curriculum System Construct, analyzes the college students´ many demands existing in the course learning process and proposes new ideas in college curriculum system construction that is, building the multivariate curriculum structure and mode implementing the flexible curriculum design, focusing on the effect of recessive course in the general education, and carefully making exquisite course. Course Materials should be chosen carefully, teaching methods and means should also be depended on the conditions in curriculums and innovation should be looked for.
