With the rapid development of market economy and the arrival of knowledge economy era, more and more companies recognize the essence of competition is for talents competition. But how enterprises can advance with times, develop and utilize manpower resource and innovate mechanism, all of these questions are needed to be explored in depth. This paper compares and analyzes the training methods of modern enterprises and studies the effectiveness of various trainings, and it holds that the open teaching, advanced technology, autonomy and flexibility, resource sharing, all of these features caters to the requirements of modern enterprise training, and it would achieve “win-win” if they merge with each other. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions about the integration of social resources, examinations, certification, and compensation policy for establishing enterprises distance training.
