Abstract :
This abstract describes the design of a 150 MS/s track-and-hold amplifier in a 0.35 μm CMOS technology, featuring a THD compatible with 10-b operation on 1 Vpp differential input range at 3.3 V supply. This performance was achieved by means of an open-loop architecture with feed-forward compensation of the hold-mode feed-through error. The analog switch was implemented in the form of a switched source follower with strobed common-mode pull-down to achieve a short aperture time
