Abstract :
We explore capability during the process of firms´information technology adoption and implementation from organization learning perspective. According to the dimensions of absorptive capacity proposed by Zahra and George, we identify the main elements of firms´ IT potential absorptive capacity, use structural equation modeling to take empirical test. The research indicates that five factors including prior knowledge, learning intensity, organizational structure, management support and knowledge comparability, play key role on IT potential absorptive capacity.
