With China´s rapid economic development, people´s living standard has been improved quickly, China´s luxury market is showing great vitality. In the luxury market, China´s domestic brands have only a very small market share. This papers answered what a luxury is., the basic characteristics of luxury goods, the local luxury goods´ status and developments. Analysis China´s luxury market, find its major problems, propose some strategies. And prospect the tendency of the development of the luxury market.
