  • Abstract
Owing to the lower visibility of water and flow velocity, tides, depths, terrain and others, the drilling and blasting of underwater are rather difficult. Combining with an actual rock reef project, using the Causal Analysis Graph to analyze the potential hazards which can lead to accidents on the course of drilling and blasting of underwater, and combining with the Analytical Hierarchy Process, taking each hierarchy important degree, then using the Fuzzy Mathematics to assess comprehensively the safety of construction of drilling and blasting of underwater. Though the results of the appraisals, the method combing the Causal Analysis with Analytical Hierarchy is feasible and can help the afterwards.
