Abstract
Microwave cavity with complicated structure dielectric and hollow center is investigated by mode matching method. By deducing eigen equation and calculating resonant frequencies of TM0 mode, main factors that influence resonant frequencies is studied. In addition, the resonant frequencies of TM0 mode is compared with commercial software (CST) results. The results show good agreement between computations and CST simulations. It can be seen that this method is of high credibility and efficiency. This paper is of great significance for cavity design and theoretical perfection.
