Today university students´ bad behavior is very common phenomenon, which brings great trouble to student management work. In this paper, the author first analyze various students´ bad behavior and problems existed for a long time in behavior guidance work in university, then put forward the key to solve these problems and finally use knowledge management method to put forward systematic solutions.
