Abstract
An extension model is proposed by combination the statistical method with COST 231-Walfisch-Ikegami radio model. It is assumed that the building height is not deterministic variable like those in theory propagation models, but a statistical variable. The performance of the model is studied by simulating probability density functions (PDF), cumulative distribution functions (CDF), level cross rate (LCR) and average fade duration (AFD). Finally, we emphasize the proposed model by the marginal communication probability and the rate of the valid service area.
