Abstract
As one special style clusters, commercial enterprises clusters exist broadly but are paid less attention. This paper analyses the character and the agglomerations principle of commercial enterprises clusters, and researches into its competitive advantage under Cournot competition and resources integrating of commercial agglomerations.
