Abstract :
Combustion system of CFB is a large time delay, strong coupling, multiple input and multiple output, nonlinear time-varying system. Its dynamic characteristic is very complex. Good control effect cannot be achieved using traditional control method. Many studies have shown that using intelligent control method in CFB can lead to better outcome. But intelligent control method cannot be achieved in DCS. To solve this problem, an intelligent control system is designed in this paper based on advanced control technology and communication technology. This system provides a platform for the realization of intelligent control method. The system had been used in a CFB unit and got very good control effect.
