A Research on Related Questions of Chinese Food Cold Chain Development

The questions on Chinese food cold chain are related to the stability of the social economy, people´s quality of life, the health and the safety. It also affects the Chinese international fame. This article firstly introduces some theories of the food cold chain, then studies the questions which is in the Chinese food cold chain development, and analyzes deeply the reason of these questions, at last establishes a whole traceable food cold chain to direct the Chinese food cold chain development in the future.
