Spatial structure of urban green space system has an important effect in the following aspects: configuring urban resources, controlling urban size, improving ecological quality of urban and disaster prevention and mitigation, etc. Based on the summarization of advanced spatial layout pattern, the author puts forward the compound layout pattern of "ring-network-wedge-radiation type" of Changsha. From two levels (planning area and city center area) and five aspects (green-ring, green-corridor, green-network, green-center and green-wedge), the paper explores the construction theory of spatial structure of urban green space system, and constructively proposes the planning ideas and methods of green-corridor width, green-center scale and green-wedge scale. These conclusions can provide scientific guidance for the planning of spatial structure of urban green space system in Changsha.
