The Confucian Businessman is commodity producer and operator that carry out a Confucianism ethics principle to obtain economic interest. The premise of Confucian Businessman managerial concept is self-consciousness of Confucian Businessman. “Be a good person, raise a decent family, rule a fair kingdom, make the world a peaceful place” is the logic point of the forming of managerial concept. It infers that the mode of Confucian Businessman managerial concept is to urge personal growth, promote organize progress, push social harmony. The Confucian Businessman managerial concept can through cultural identification and take into to judge, The Shanxi Businessman managerial concept and the managerial fulfillment of Haier both obviously have the cultural branding of The Confucian Businessman managerial concept. The fulfillment processes of the Confucian Businessman managerial concept picture the basic principle that the content of Confucianism and the root principle of making people the center. The value of Confucianism, Mainly not its economic value, but its lofty life and social object.
