Abstract :
EPC (include Design or Technology, Procurement and Construction) contract has become main stream model in international construction market, it also has been away for any domestic contract or to win contract in international construction market. In EPC model, the application of supply and critical chains can heighten efficiency of engineering procurement. In this paper, a complete model of EPC contract was provided. The application method of supply chain and key chain in EPC contract model was analyzed in detail, and finally a specific application method was given based on the combination of purchasing theory and the EPC model.
