Abstract :
Along with the development of information technology, application of computer is increasing, software reliability and safety are become more and more regarded, so make use of fault tree analysis in analyzing the probability of failure of every module of system, thereby find the key module which is more impact the system safety, also make use of structure importance coefficient in quantitative analysis of importance extent of every module in the system.
