Abstract :
Summary form only given. Organic electroluminescence (EL) is attractive for display applications for reasons of high efficiency, low voltage, ease of fabrication, and potential for full color. Uncertainties exist, however, in the best methods for organic and cathode layer patterning. This paper will compare the various techniques under consideration for fabricating practical monochromes and color devices
