    The development Process of industrialization and urbanization is the essential conditions in the Henan Province economy development now, This article firstly explains the connotation of industrialization and urbanization, inquired into that domestic and foreign to industrialization and urbanization development theory, then discusses the features and questions of industrialization and urbanization development in Henan Province. Based on this proposed promotes the Henan Province industrialization and urbanization development strategies to realize the Henan Province economy development.
