Abstract
In the information age, the information literacy has become a basic human ability. Compared with western countries, China´s information literacy is still relatively backword and unable to meet youth´s needs in learning and living. In this research, it is an urgent and important task to strengthen and improve the information literacy education. In China, it is required to learn and use the successful experience of foreign countries by strengthening the construction of teachers in information education, integrating and optimizing educational information resources, establishing scientific goals, sound standards and perfect modes of information literacy education, and setting up curriculum system and perfercting evaluation system of information literacy education to gradually promote the improvement of youth´s information literacy level.
