The formation process of industrial cluster is also formed by all kinds of main bodies through constant evolution and accumulation. By making use of the complex adaptive system theory, this paper makes analysis to modern service cluster mechanism of central city CBD system, researches to structure of central city CBD system, analysis to CAS features of central city CBD system, and builds model system for evolution dynamic mechanism of modern service industry of central city CBD system.
