Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

After having been tapped, the Service-Learning concept has been applied to the training mechanism for Educational Technology. It will integrate theory with practice and be beneficial to the development of Educational Technology. Besides, it will overcome a series of problems in the old training pattern. At the same time, it will make contribution to cultivate the characteristics of modern citizens, such as strong spirit of teamwork, serving the people.
