Autonomic learning in the “Curriculum Design” teaching

Personnel training makes a higher requirement to autonomic learning ability of students. Therefore, it is a great significance to foster students\´ autonomic learning ability for training goals. This paper, based on the class "Curriculum Design", discusses the strategies of the training of autonomic learning ability in the four aspects such as stimulating the interest in learning, respecting students\´ main body status, implementing science teaching plans and depending on the open network platform. The author has used the teaching methods of this paper in actual teaching, and the students received knowledge deeply. So that it achieved a better learning effect.
