Abstract :
Based on the requirement of EPA system, a new design scheme of EPA wireless bridge was presented according to the EPA protocol. At first described the function of the bridge and working principle and structure of the system were given, then introduced the design method of software system depended on the EPA protocol and embedded Linux system characteristics. At last, introduced the system hardware and software structure, then introduced the data sending, receiving and processing, the data receiving flow picture was given. The test results showed that the wireless bridge could connect the field equipment layer and the process monitor layer and the bridge has a short delay time in the message transmission. The bridge can work well in the EPA system.
