Abstract
An approach to computing the symbol error probability of fast frequency hopped M-ary frequency shift keying (FFH-MFSK) systems with majority vote is introduced. The error performances of an FFH-MFSK system threatened by a multitone jammer are analyzed. First, we consider the case where the source data rate is fixed and the hopping rate is variable. Then, a fixed hopping rate case for satellite communications is considered; for which we derive the maximum possible throughputs for various jamming to signal power ratios
